Great Wolf Lodge
Three days ago, we went to Great Wolf
Lodge. We checked in at about 10:30. Our room number was 1013. It was a kid cabin with a cabin for the kid’s,
and a queen size bed for the parents.
After we got settled in, we went straight the pool. The first thing I did there was going on the
Howlin Tornado. It was FREAKY! After you
get in, there’s a steep drop to the funnel where you go up and down
sideways. The next thing I did was going
on River Canyon Run. It was FAST! You
also go sideways on that slide. On my
first time on the Howlin Tornado and River Canyon Run I said “Whoa! Yikes!
Ahhh!.” Then I went to Fort Mackenzie
and the giant bucket of water fell on me as I hurried to get to the slides at
the top of Fort Mackenzie. The obstacle
course was difficult, the platforms were very slippery and nearly anybody who
went on it fell off. Then we hopped into the wave pool and got knocked
over by salty waves. There was also a
tornado warning because of the major rain.
We all rushed back to the room for lunch. We drove over to Olive Garden, we (the
kids) got pizza and our parents got soup.
It was also one of my brothers birthdays so we all had a piece of
chocolate cake. After lunch we went back
to Great Wolf Lodge to try Magi Quest.
The Magi Quest shop was on the 3rd floor above the
lobby. The color of our wand was
black. Our first quest we went on was the
dazzle rune quest. We did 6 quests on
the first day, we were off to a good start on Magi Quest. For dinner we went to the Loose Moose Cafe, it
was not the best dinner that we had during our stay. We then got ice cream, and I got cookies n
cream. After another swim in the pool, we
went back to room 1013 to go to bed. We
started the morning by watching a little TV.
We went to Denny’s for breakfast; I got three pancakes, two pieces of
bacon, and one piece of toast. Then we
went back to the pool. I went on the
Howlin Tornado, River Canyon Run, Alberta Falls, Mountain Edge Raceway, and
Fort Mackenzie. The rest of the day we
did Magi Quest. We got to the Red Dragon,
but kept getting defeated by him. We did
the celestial rune quest and the wolf rune. For lunch we had Subway subs. At night we went to the pool one last time before
the day was done. Earlier I fell off of
a one –seater tube all the way down to the bottom of Alberta Falls. The slides I did before the day was done
were, Alberta Falls and Mountain Edge Raceway.
Last we went back to our room and drifted off to sleep. Today was our last day at Great Wolf Lodge,
so we wanted to get everything in today.
We did all the slides in the water park.
I did some Magi Quest and I finally defeated the Red Dragon and got to a
Master Magi rank. And before I knew it, our
trip to Great Wolf Lodge was over.
