Pokemon Go!

Pokemon Go, released last week, is now a game craze.  People across the globe are playing this game.  It is just like Pokemon, but you use our camera to find Pokemon in the real world.  Sadly, 15 people have lost their lives to not paying attention while playing this game.People are getting mugged, killed, threatened and hurt by not paying attention to this game of getting lured by robbers.  Google uses this app to get all your private emails, and personal information to track you.  Some people love this game, some people don't.  My opinion is no to this game.  You may have different opinions this is mine.  All in all Pokemon Go is a deadly and fun game.

TSA Plane Security

The TSA, also known as the Transport Security Administration, is facing a crisis.  They have lost thousands of employees and are working round the clock to help passengers board their flights safely.  President of the TSA Peter Neffenger, is working to get passengers on their flights.  The TSA was created to check pedestrians to see if they have any arms of weapons.  Recently, hundreds of passengers have missed air flights and have rented hotels, or are staying overnight in the airport.  The TSA is working to gain members and restore the order in the security system. 

Drones

Drones are being created bigger, smaller, faster, and more efficient.  China is creating Drones that can be controlled from a distance up to 5 kilometers.  Drones have been used to fertilize crops, track whales, and many more.  People can buy Drones today, but they aren't as good as the real Drones.  Drones are also used for spying on enemies and tracking lost people.  Drones maybe will be able to take on tasks of working or serving at restaurants.  Lets all hope Drones can impact on the world and change the ways people work.  

Nasa's Amazing Discovery

NASA has made an amazing discovery.  In the Goldilocks Zone, the Kepler Telescope has found over 1284 new planets.  These planets have 99% chance to be able to sustain life.  If Earth will not be able to sustain life any longer, we might be able to settle these new planets.  None of these have yet been named.  The impact this will have on the us the people might be enormous.  But it could be very small.  People have been searching for years to find any hope of alien life and planets to sustain life.  The Goldilocks Zone is many light years away.  The closest planet in the Goldilocks Zone is about 12 light years away.  The Kepler Telescope has already found a total of 4302 planets in which 1327 need more study, 1284 which are confirmed, and 707 which are potential impostor's.  The Goldilocks Zone is based on the fairy tale where Goldilocks eats the porridge which is "Just right."  This Zone is just right for our race to live.  Right now, NASA is working to find more "Just right planets."

Star Wars

We probably a know what Star Wars is.  It it is a movie saga spanning over 7 movies long.  With more to come, new Star Wars director J J Abrams is already starting on Star Wars VIII.  The newest Star Wars was released December 18 2015.  The first movie: Star Wars A New Hope. Aired on May 5 1977 directed by George Lucas and Steven Spielberg.  And in 2015, J J Abrams directed Star Wars: The Force Awakens, which is rated best movie in the world.  Star Wars has many video games, figures, toys, and LEGO sets.  The next Star Wars will premiere in December or May of 2017.  Here is a difference between the poster for the movie, and the poster for the Lego video game

2016 NFL Draft

NFL has started their 2016 draft.  This year, it is located in Chicago, Illinois.  The Bronco's will go last because of their Super Bowl win earlier this year.  The Los Angeles Rams will go first because of their poor performance this year.  Obviously, their language is English.  The countries that border them are Iowa, Wisconsin, Missouri, Kentucky, and Indiana.  A body of water that borders them is Lake Michigan.  This is a yearly event when College Teams and NFL Teams meet in one place to choose new members.  It always the NFL Teams picking players from College Teams to help them in games.  Lets hope our favorite teams become winners this year.

Food Portions

We all know how good food tastes.  We all love our sweet foods too.  But how do we control our portions?  Today, food industries are pushing us to buy more of their products.  We have to figure out how reduce the size and portion of these foods.  The Oreo company developed the Oreo Thins.  The Oreo thins are regular Oreo's but reduced in size, portion, and calories,  McDonald's is working on reducing the size of their Big Mac to a smaller size.  These may look different, but I will tell you they taste the same as the larger version.  There are more companies reducing the sizes of their most popular product to make these items with lower calories, serving portions, and sizes.  All food from pizza to hamburgers must become smaller in size and in calories.  We must continue to reduce the sizes of favorite foods to make them healthier for everyone!
