Food Portions

We all know how good food tastes.  We all love our sweet foods too.  But how do we control our portions?  Today, food industries are pushing us to buy more of their products.  We have to figure out how reduce the size and portion of these foods.  The Oreo company developed the Oreo Thins.  The Oreo thins are regular Oreo's but reduced in size, portion, and calories,  McDonald's is working on reducing the size of their Big Mac to a smaller size.  These may look different, but I will tell you they taste the same as the larger version.  There are more companies reducing the sizes of their most popular product to make these items with lower calories, serving portions, and sizes.  All food from pizza to hamburgers must become smaller in size and in calories.  We must continue to reduce the sizes of favorite foods to make them healthier for everyone!
